Abstract:
Tom G. Kessinger papers, from July 1988 to June 1996, are the administrative files of Haverford's 11th President. Memoranda, correspondence, reports, and other material document his administration, although there are several gaps in the records. Evidence of his accomplishments, including the renovation and expansion of some of the older buildings, construction of the Whitehead Campus Center, and technological advances, as well as his efforts to broaden the College world view may be found in these archives.

Thomas R. Tritton presidential papers, 1997-2007 (inclusive)

Abstract:
Thomas R. Tritton became Haverford College's 12th President in July, 1997, and served for a decade, leaving in June, 2007. A Quaker and a cancer research expert, Tritton came from the University of Vermont, where he had been a pharmacology professor, vice provost, and had had oversight for computing and technology. He was also responsible for the University's performing arts and museum programs. The hallmark of his tenure at Haverford was the successful "Educating to Lead, Educating to Serve" campaign to raise $200 million. The primary goal was to raise capital and endowment funds for "Tritton's concept of integrated scholarship [which] implies the dissolution of boundaries across and between academic disciplines as well as among the various constituencies of the College." Abstract:
The John R. Coleman files, 1967-1977, document the presidency of Haverford's ninth President. These are only a selection of the president's files. Although they do not give a full record of Coleman's administration, there is substantial information on Haverford's response to the Vietnam War and the debate over bringing coeducation to the college. Debates over diversity, governance, and curriculum are also found in Coleman's files.

Also Senior Staff meetings agenda, minutes and background material for weekly meetings of college President, Provost, Dean, V. P. Institutional Advancement, V. P.
