Abstract:: This collection consists of the papers of the Laurie and Robbins families. Included are the copy books of Abigail and Jane Laurie, in which are their own poetry and works by various authors. Also included are fragments of the marriage certificate of Thomas Laurie and the will of Jacob Laurie. Various unsigned letters addressed to Hannah L. Robbins and an undated arithmetic worksheet are included as well.

Abstract:: This small collection includes George D. Cock's journal in two bound volumes of his trip in 1843 from his home in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, through Quaker communities in the East, including Philadelphia and Baltimore. The journal includes comments on his courtship of Susan W. Smith, who he married in 1845. The collection also includes a balance sheet from 1843 on freight carried, his marriage certificate, and a letter from his daughter, Marion Cock, which includes family information.

Abstract:: Correspondence received by Mary and Joseph Post from 1833 to 1882. Abstract:: Collection of family papers includes letters received by Abraham Scott, 1700-1704, a volume containing copies of letters written by George Dillwyn in relation to his wife's inheritance of part of the estate of Richard Hill, Hannah Moore, and Henry Hill, including a house in Madeira, 1799-1816, and an almanac with notations by Captain John Hollitt. Of particular interest is John Parrish's diary of his journey in the ministry from Philadelphia to Virginia in 1782. Also included are copies of letters to and from William Penn, a copy of a marriage certificate in a Quaker style between William Boin and Dido, a "negro woman" 1763, and other miscellaneous manuscripts.
