Image format varies between prints, contact sheets, and negatives.

Moshe Greenberg (1928-2010) was an American Jewish Rabbi, Bible scholar, professor of Oriental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and professor emeritus of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This collection includes three folders of material that document a very small portion of Greenberg's work at the University of Pennsylvania, including correspondence with J.J. Finkelstein regarding the editing of E.A. Speiser's works; correspondence, proposals, and plans relating to the early days of the Modern Near East Language and Area Center; and correspondence, statistics, and reports of the Humanities Study Group.

The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Center at the University of Pennsylvania, unofficially founded in 1982 and officially founded in 1995, supports the LGBTQ+ community at the University of Pennsylvania through services and programs focused on support, advocacy, and education. These records document the creation and development of the LGBT Center and the larger support of the LGBTQ+ community at Penn; the advocacy and influence of Robert Schoenberg and Center staff within the University of Pennsylvania administration; and the influence of global LGBTQ+ issues at the campus level at Penn and more broadly in academia.

Joseph (Joe) Eyer (1944-2017) was a scholar from Philadelphia whose research focused on social causes and health effects of stress. This collection includes Eyer's writings (both published and unpublished) on medicine, mental illness, and socio-economic issues related to stress; course material from his doctoral program in biology at the University of Pennsylvania; and letters to and collaborative engagement with his colleagues, in particular, Jeremy Brecher, Ingrid Waldron, and Peter Sterling. This collection documents the Philadelphia scholars' research on topics including mortality, addiction, suicide, ecology, physiology, and sex.

Anne d'Harnoncourt Records, 1973-2008, undated (inclusive)

Abstract:
The Anne d'Harnoncourt Records correspond to the quarter of a century that Anne d'Harnoncourt (1943-2008) served as the George D. Widener Director of the Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA), assuming the additional responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer in 1997. During her tenure, d'Harnoncourt led the Museum through milestones that transformed its collections, exhibitions, curatorial and educational missions, and physical environment. The records she compiled during that time provide the framework for those transformations and underscore the attention to detail, encyclopedic intellect and interests, community commitment and contagious enthusiasm for the arts that characterized d'Harnoncourt's styles of leadership and life. D'Harnoncourt maintained most of her files in large groups of alphabetically arranged names and subjects. Jeremy Duncan Nicholson (born 1948) was a community organizer for the gay and lesbian community at the University of Pennsylvania and in Philadelphia, from roughly 1975 to 1982, when he was a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania. This collection includes material from several organizations of which Nicholson was a part, such as the Christian Association of the University of Pennsylvania (CA), the Philadelphia Lesbian and Gay Task Force (PLGTF), Gay Peer Counseling (GPC), Gays at Penn, and Philadelphia community health organizations, including Lavender Health and the Eromin Center.
