Overview and metadata sections

A slim volume with blue paper covers comprised of recipes for wine making and colored ink. Recipes for applesauce and jelly are also included. The volume by Dauwalder was probably written between 1850 to 1890 in the United States. A brief note on wine tasting is written at end of the volume. The ruled notebook is handwritten in German in red, green, and black ink. "Rezepte von Peter Dauwalder Einigen" is written on the cover.
