Overview and metadata sections
The Office of Development Communications creates a wide range of publications and other materials to support Princeton's fund-raising initiatives and to keep alumni, parents, and friends closely connected and well-informed about the life of the University. The major publications of the office have included Princeton: With One Accord, a newsletter mailed to more than 80,000 Princetonians quarterly between 1995 and 2000, and Links to Princeton, an e-newsletter for Princeton volunteers.
Consists of photographs, promotional materials and VHS tapes created for fundraising activities and publications. Most of the photographs are from development-related events such as the 1995 kickoff celebration of the Anniversary Campaign. Some are reproductions of photographs found in other collections held by the Princeton University Library's Department of Collections. Promotional materials document the initiation of the Aspire campaign and several building dedications. Also included are building dedication and event programs, invitations, and pins.
Occasional accruals of materials from the Office of Development Communications are expected to continue indefinitely.
This collection contains DVDs. Researchers are responsible for meeting the technical requirements needed to access these materials, including any and all hardware and software.
This collection was processed by Christie Peterson with assistance from Suchi Mandavilli '14 in April 2011. Series 9 DVDs were processed by Elena Colon-Marrero in 2015. Finding aid updated by Christie Peterson in June 2011 and by Elena Colon-Marrero in 2015. 2018 accession processed and finding aid updated by Annalise Berdini in February 2018.

It also includes a copy of Rejoice!, a videotape production created as part of the 250th anniversary celebrations.

Series 2: September 2003 Accession of Photographs and Videotapes, 1974-2000 consists of photographs and videotapes collected, created or used by the Office of Development Communications. Photographs include images of campus buildings, events and people, and images used for specific Development Communications materials. The videotapes include recordings of television segments related to Princeton, recordings of campus events, and tapes created as part of fundraising programs.

It includes brochures, lapel pins, invitations, bookmark, buttons, and similar promotional materials for the dedication of the Lewis Library [AR.2009.011]; kickoff dinner menu and program, announcement, buttons, invitations and other materials for the Aspire campaign [AR.2009.011]; black and white photographs and contact sheets of the DeNunzio Pool dedication by Randall Hagadorn [AR.2009.012]; and dedication materials for Butler College, Keller Center, Sherrerd Hall and the Carl A. Fields Center/Community House (58 Prospect) [AR.2009.128].

Series 8: 2010 and Unidentified Accessions, 1990, 1996-2000, 2010 consists of campaign and Bogle Hall dedication materials. Includes 250th anniversary campaign materials, as well as other brochures and promotianal materials for funds and dedications, posters and pins [AR.2010.006]. Also includes one button and one program relating to the Bogle Hall dedication [AR.2010.034]. This series also includes a volunteer's "Art of the Ask" handbook from circa 1990 containing an audio cassette "Getting to Yes," various pamphlets and cards, and admissions information [unknown accession].
