Abstract:: The Child Care of Montgomery County (CCMC) began as a study group of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and became a non-profit organization providing pre-and after-school care for children of working parents. It was incorporated on July 25, 1977, and folded in 2000. The Child Care of Montgomery County records, 1977-2001 [bulk 1996-2001], is comprised of the financial and administrative records of the organization, as well as some newsletters and brochures.
