This collection, assembled by staff of the Biddle Law Library Archives and Special Collections, contains captures of public websites created and maintained by various bankruptcy institutions. The primarily focus of this collection is to capture web content from organizations with related collections at the Biddle Law Library and does not contain exhaustive captures of all public bankruptcy websites. Websites included are from the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American College of Bankruptcy, the National Bankruptcy Conference, the National Bankruptcy Review Commission, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, and the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The records of the National Bankruptcy Archives websites collection are arranged alphabetically. Individual website archives are organized chronologically via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine website.

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. The National Bankruptcy Review Commission was an independent commission established from the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1994. The Commission was charged with examine issues related to the Bankruptcy Code and preparing a report to submit to congress.

The National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) was founded in 1926 to provide continuing legal education to bankruptcy judges, lawyers, and other practitioners, and to advise and influence Congress in an effort to represent the interests of bankruptcy judges with regards to pending bankruptcy legislation, and to promote greater uniformity and understanding of existing bankruptcy law.
