Overview and metadata sections

In 1977, The American Law Institute (ALI) joined with joined with the American Bar Association to study ways to improve professional competence among lawyers. The study resulted in the publication of A Model Peer Review System in 1980.

The Model Peer Review System Drafts, 1978-1979, include drafts related to a study undertaken by the American Law Institute-American Bar Association Committee on Continuing Professional Education that examined ways to improve professional competence among lawyers.
