Oliver Paul Bush received is D.D.S. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1915. Born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania in 1893, Bush graduated from Pennsylvania State University before entering the University of Pennsylvania. During World War I he served as a first lieutenant in the Army Medical Corps. Between 1919 and 1977 he practiced in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. He died on September 29, 1980.

The Oliver Paul Bush Scrapbook consists of photographs, clippings, and mementos from Bush's time at the University of Pennsylvania. Of note are the images related to the Dental School, as well as athletes and athletic events at the University. Also included are images related to military training while at Pennsylvania State University.

The Oliver Paul Bush Scrapbook was transferred to the University Archives from the School of Dental Medicine Library (Accession number 2015:018, May 2015).
