Abstract:

Note that the Protocols for the University Archives and Records Center stipulate that "individual education records of living students or living former students, as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974," are closed "unless the student or former student grants access in writing."

Registration-type forms are filed alphabetically and contain biographical/genealogical information on the students; most have a photo attached as well. Attached to the forms are letters of recommendation and other correspondence relating to each student. Dates roughly 1950s-1970s.
