Indenture on vellum made between Thomas and John Cottrell of Winford of Winfrith, Southhampton and Morgan Boals of Indrid, Southhampton and Matthew Wolfe of Bristol, either leasing or deeding specified fields, pasture and smithy to Boals, Wolfe and Edward Brolt of Badminton, before the Court of Common Pleas, Westminster.
