Handwritten draft of a paper outlining the advantages and disadvantages of negotiating a commercial treaty between England and the Austrian dominions. Includes a folding table, showing in detail the cost, quality, and desirability of various goods such as cotton, silks, linen, carved articles, metal iron and wine. Reference is made to Prince Schwarzenberg and Company, Count Fries and Baron Fries and Company, and manufacturers of cotton spinning machines.
