A handwritten "true copie" of a report by the Commissioners of the Equivalent (the Commissioners appointed pursuant to an Act of the present Parliament entitled an Act for taking and stating the Debts due and growing due to Scotland by way of Equivalent in the terms of the Union) regarding an act of Parliament describing the debts due to Scotland as a member of the union of the two nations. The document relates to one phase of the financial agreement and describes how Scotland was to be compensated through a committee selected to determine the "pecuniary equivalent."
