Nicole Oresme is considered by many to be Europe's greatest medieval economist. Oresme's work in the field of science and math are also well known, and he was an Aristotelian scholar as well.
A German manuscript volume containing Nicole Oresme's De Moneta, Maffeo Vegio's Philalethes, Jordanus von Osnabrück's De Preogativa Romani Imperii, and one additional work each by Vegio and von Osnabrück. The manuscript was copied in this form by the priest Johannes Verscane.
