Paolo de Perugia was a Franciscan monk and Doctor of Laws in his native city, Perugia, and author of works on canon law such as De Societatibus Mercatorum.

A manuscript juridical treatise on three forms of business associations peculiar to late medieval Italy. The manuscript is written in a Gothic hand. Text begins: "Incomincia uno Tractato de la Soccite composto da fratre Paulo de Peroscia molto belle et utile.".
