Founded by Father Joseph M. Kakalec, Regional Council of Neighborhood Organizations (RCNO) links diverse grass-roots neighborhood organizations throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan region to have an impact on policy-making decisions.
This collection contains administrative records; personal papers of Father Joseph M. Kakalec; correspondence with and information about the city, county, state and federal agencies; subject files; information on area banks; and member agency files.
