The Transit Riders Action Campaign (TRAC) was formed in 1988 by Pennsylvania Citizen Action and the Pennsylvania Public Interest Education Fund to conduct a comprehensive survey of SEPTA services between October 1988 and February 1989.
This collection contains blank and completed survey books used for the TRAC survey, the TRAC report "Mixed Signals: The First Transit Riders Action Campaign Riders Survey, " and other materials.
