The term paper of silicones aimed at being fairly comprehensive the typescript is only the opening pages of what was originally a much longer paper.

Collection consists of a typescript term paper written at the University of Michigan in June 1946 on the topic of silicones by Charles A. Horton and a typescript of the first 6 pages of a 60 page study titled Oriented Adsorption of Organic Molecules at Interfaces.

These papers were donated to CHF by Charles A. Horton.
