Overview and metadata sections

The collection represents 50 men and women prominent in the sciences whose ideas changed out world. The cards are numbered, and all of the images are drawings done in light brown against a black and white background and are approximately 2 x 3 inches in size.

This is a collection of fifty collector's cards mounted in an album.

This album and the corresponding cards are part of a marketing give away called the Kimble Marathon. Participants were encouraged to collect all the cards in an album and mail it away to be entered into a raffle.
