Abstract:

The Support and Outreach Standing Committee was established by Philadelphia Yearly Meeting in 1998. It was responsible for the coordination of the following entities: Development Services Gourp, Friends Institute, Library Services Group, Outreach Concerns Group, Philadelphia Historic District Task Force, Publications Services Group, Religious Affiliations Conccerns Group, and Visitation Services Group. It also oversaw funding groups: Indian Fund, International OUtreach Fund, and Fund for Sufferings. The Standing Committees were laid down at the time of the 2015 reorganization of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.
