Middletown Monthly Meeting (Delaware County) was established in 1931 by Concord Quarterly Meeting (Orthodox) out of Chester Monthly Meeting (Pennsylvania). This is currently an active monthly meeting.

Records of Middletown Monthly Meeting, 1931-1995, include: marriage certificates, 1933-1955; joint meeting minutes, 1931-1997; worship and ministry minutes, 1960-1991; committee records, 1970s-1980s; miscellaneous, 1935-1995.
