Stanford Quarterly Meeting was set off in 1800 from Nine Partners Quarterly Meeting. In 1828 it divided into Orthodox and Hicksite branches. The Hicksite branch was laid down in 1896.

Divided into series: Men's minutes : 1.1 1828-68, 1.2 1868-96; Women's minutes: 2.1 1828-85; Ministers' and Elders': 3.1 1828-92, 3.2 1893-96.

Transferred from Haviland Records Room by NYYM in 1997.
