Abstract:
Records of Plainfield Preparative Meeting 1834-93. Includes men's and joint minutes 1834-53 and 1890-93, and women's minutes 1871-1890.

Plainfield Preparative Meeting was established in 1704 under Woodbridge Monthly Meeting. After the 1828 Separation it was affiliated with the Hicksite Branch. It began to meet in joint session 1mo 1890. It was laid down in 1893.

Records of Plainfield Preparative Meeting 1834-93. Includes men's and joint minutes 1834-53 and 1890-93, and women's minutes 1871-1890.

Divided into series: Minutes: 1.1 1834-53; Women's and joint minutes: 2.1 1841-56, 2.2 1856-73, 2.3 1873-93.
