Creek Preparative Meeting was reportedly established in 1776 in Clinton, New York, as a part of Nine Partners Monthly Meeting. It became a part of Creek Monthly on its establishment in 1778. The Hicksite branch was probably laid down in 1895. The last record of the Orthodox branch is from 1892.

Divided into series: Men's minutes: 1.1 1855-1892; Women's minutes: 2.1 1828-1835.

Not the same as Creek Preparative Meeting in Bristol, Vt.
