Union Springs Preparative Meeting was established in 1816 under Scipio Monthly Meeting. In 1828 it divided into Orthodox and Hicksite branches. The Hicksite branch was part of Genesee Yearly Meeting. It was laid down in 1881.

Divided into series: Men's Minutes: 1.1 1816-18, 1.2 1849-73, 1.3 1873-81; Women's Minutes: 2.1 1822-48, 2.2 1849-69, 2.3 1869-80.
