Reilly; pacifist, lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; conscientious objector in World War II who was court-martialed and imprisoned; youth organizer, supported progressive, socialist and civil rights movements; had been editor of "Prison Views"; was Executive Secretary of the Veteran's Commission on Court-Martial Cases.
The collection includes information about the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Council, the Friendship Cooperative House, the conference of the National Youth Assembly Against Universal Military Training, Washington D.C.
