American section of the British organization New Commonwealth; organized June 1, 1937; objectives were to establish an International Tribunal and an International Police Force; general secretary was J.M. Colton Hand; activities in the U.S. appear to have ceased after 1938.

Collection includes correspondence, meeting minutes, memos, statements, form letters, lists of members in the U.S. and Canada, and speeches and manuscripts about the International Police Force.
