Stanley Murphy; conscientious objector to war; received conscientious objector status in World War II and served at Civilian Public Service Camp in Coshocton, Ohio; Murphy walked out of the camp and was imprisoned; he and Lou Taylor (also called Louis Krawcyzk) maintained a hunger strike for 21 days, and were forcibly fed; they were then sent to Springfield [Psychiatric Hospital?] and endured brutal treatment.
