Delaware County Jobs With Peace; Delco Jobs with Peace; organized in Delaware County, Pennsylvania in 1987 as a local branch of the national organization Jobs With Peace; formed to redirect governmental budget priorities away from excessive military spending to programs which generate jobs and services in communities.
