This is a finding aid. It is a description of archival material held at the Princeton University Library: Manuscripts Division. Unless otherwise noted, the materials described below are physically available in their reading room, and not digitally available through the web.

Overview and metadata sections

Consists of materials relating to the Anguillan Revolution of 1967, including the Anguillan-published newspaper The Beacon, news articles from American publications, and memorabilia. Also includes policy statements on Anguilla from the British Information Services, Economic & Political Affairs Division.

Materials are arranged in the order in which they were received.

Address labels of Mr. Edward Munce on some issues of The Beacon.

Purchased in 2023 from Ian Brabner (AM 2025-015), who compiled these materials as a collection.

A small Anguillan flag with metal pole and wooden base, one 5 peso Mexican coin from 1963 over-stamped on the verso "Anguilla Liberty Dollar July 11 1967," and two envelopes each with First Day Covers of six Anguilla postage stamps (1, 5, 10, 20, 25, and 40 cents, respectively).
