Overview and metadata sections
The Princeton Alumni Weekly (PAW) initiated the project in 2012 for the Class of 1962's 50th reunion. The PAW sought volunteers, coordinated the interviews, and filmed and transcribed them. Excerpts of the interviews, which took place at Blair Hall during reunions, appeared in the PAW magazine and on the PAW website.
The collection consists of interviews of eleven members of the Class of 1962 during their 50th reunion in May and June of 2012. The alumni converse about Princeton during their time on campus including its social life, academics and student activities. The collection includes transcripts (Microsoft Word documents and PDFs); videos (on DVD) and audio files (on DVD) of the interviews. All interviews were conducted by Princeton Alumni Weekly staff member Brett Tomlinson.
Brett Tomlinson transferred the collection from the Princeton Alumni Weekly to the Mudd Library in June 2013. Accession number AR.2013.067.
In addition to digital content linked from descriptions in the contents list, this collection includes use copies of interviews on video stored on DVD. Access to this material follows the Mudd Manuscript Library policy for preservation and access to audiovisual materials.
