These records have been transferred to the University Archives in the following groups: 2004 accession [AR.2004.069]; 2005 accession [AR.2005.124], 2006 accessions [AR.2006.079; AR.2006.080; and AR2006.081], and 2008 accession [AR.2008.130].

Folder level inventories for each accession are available in the Library. Electronic lists, for internal staff use only, are available via the accessions database.

For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process. Requests should be directed through the Ask Us Form.

Box-level inventory for 2006 and 2008 accessions was added in November, 2018 by Phoebe Nobles.

The Princeton University Archives holds additional administrative records created by the Office of Development which are available in a separate archival collection: the Office of Development Records (AC244).
