Overview and metadata sections
The records of the Office of the Secretary of the Corporation were generated by the Secretaries and Controllers who followed the tenure of Julius Zieget. Serving as Secretary were William Graham (1963-1965), William H. Noble (1965-1972), George Howard (1975), and John Sharpe (1980-). Serving as Controller were Graham (1965), Howard (1966-1975), and Sharpe (1975). Apparently, the offices performed similar duties.
Included are investment reports from banks and investment counsellors, minutes and reports of the Investment Committee (1969-1976), bequest records, exhibition accounts, early legal documents of the School's building, and miscellaneous records of funds.
These materials were arranged and described by Merle Chamberlain and Louise F. Rossmassler in 1987. Revised 2007. Funded by a grant from The Gladys Kriebel Delmas Foundation.
