Overview and metadata sections
The Documenting Student Life project is a project that has been undertaken by numerous students in the library of Haverford College, both during the school year and as a summer position. As part of this project, students are given a lot of agency in choosing and working on a project that focuses on student life on campus, either at the time or in the history of the College. This collection records one of these projects undertaken by different students, and focuses on specifically BIPOC alumni, recording their experiences and feelings of the College during their time at the College.
This collection consists of 24 interviews of BIPOC alumni from various class years, conducted by Haverford students who were at the college at the time the interviews were conducted. The interviews were conducted as part of the Haverford College Libraries Documenting Student Life project.
