This collection is comprised of the single handwritten manuscript, "An Account of the Death of a Prussian Nobleman," written by Ruth S. Abbott. The manuscript describes the death of a Prussian nobleman in 1749, as an example of the ideal, peaceful death of a faithful Christian.

"An Account of the Death of a Prussian Nobleman" by Ruth S. Abbott was donated to Special Collections, Haverford College in 1924 by Henry B. Abbott.
