Eleanor Warrington Wills was born on February 12th, 1911 in Philadelphia, PA. She taught at Friends Indian School (also known as the Tunesassa Friends School) in Quaker Bridge, NY. Wills passed away on March 3rd, 2002 at age 91. Lois Marjorie Doctor was born on January 14th, 1923 in Irving, New York. Doctor was a student of Eleanor at the Friends Indian School in Quaker Bridge, New York. Doctor passed away on June 21st, 2004. Gladys Fatty was born on December 13th, 1920 in Carrolton, New York. She was a also a student of Wills at the Friends Indian School in Quaker Bridge, New York.

This collection contains two letters written by Gladys Fatty and Lois Marjorie Doctor to Eleanor Wills in 1937. Eleanor Wills was a teacher at the Friends Indian School, (also known as the Tunesassa Friends School) in Quaker Bridge, New York. Fatty and Doctor were both students of Wills at this school. This collection also contains a list of voculabary terms used in the letters.
