William T. Byrne (1876-1952) was a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing New York, from 1937 to 1952. Before his election to the House, he served in the New York State Senate, from 1923-1936.

This collection contains three letters to "Miss Brooks," written by Rep. William T. Byrne, Eva Gallienne, and an unnamed author. Each letter thanks "Miss Brooks" for her previous correspondence and asks about her health and wellbeing.
