Abstract:: Dr. Nehemiah Robinson (1898-1964) was a lawyer, the director of the Institute of Jewish Affairs of the World Jewish Congress, and an authority on indemnification and reparations and war crimes following World War II and the persecution of the Jewish peoples. These two volumes contain eight reports written by Robinson for the Institute of Jewish Affairs relating to restitution legislation and court practices, as well as official and unofficial actions and views on reparations across the world.
