Abstract:: Quakertown, Pennsylvania, incorporated in 1855, is a town located in the northeast portion of Upper Bucks County. The town remained quite small until the mid-nineteenth century, when the construction of the North Pennsylvania Railroad helped turn it into a significant commercial center. The Quakertown Historical Society local history "blue books," circa 1842-2013, consist primarily of newspaper clippings, with a fair amount of primary-source documents including photographs, ephemera, and scattered original documents, all pertaining to the subject of Quakertown and its history.

Abstract:: St. David's Episcopal Church in Wayne, Radnor Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania traces its origins to 1700, when services were held in the homes of local residents. The original church building, still extant on the property, was constructed in 1715, and continues to be used as a place of worship. In 1956, a new building, known as the "chapel" was constructed. A new and larger chapel was built in 2006 and the 1956 chapel was reconfigured as a fellowship hall and renamed St. David's Hall. As of 2016, St. David's Episcopal Church continues to live into its mission: "to know God in Jesus Christ and to make Christ known to others" and to expand its congregation. Abstract:: Originally settled in 1738, Sellersville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania was incorporated as a borough in 1874. In the second half of the 19th century, cigar, textile, and other industries established companies in Sellersville. As of 2014, Sellersville is mainly a commuter town, although some historic structures, including the Sellersville Theater and the Washington House, have been restored and are local attractions. The Sellersville Museum local history collection, 1770-2014, contains both primary and secondary-source materials, such as business ledgers, deeds, scrapbooks, photograph albums, newspaper clippings, and subject files relating to the people, businesses, organizations, and other aspects of Sellersville.

Abstract:: Springfield Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania was surveyed and laid out in 1743. The township was primarily a rural farming community for most of its history, although population increased with suburbanization in the late 20th century. The Springfield Township Historical Society photograph, manuscript, and deed collection, 1789-1987, consists of various materials from numerous inhabitants and organizations from the township. A large number of oral histories on audiocassette tapes also form part of the collection.

Abstract:: The Logans were a prominent Philadelphia family dating to 1699, when James Logan (1679-1751), the family patriarch, arrived in Philadelphia to serve as Secretary of the Pennsylvania colony. Through work in trade and politics, Logan and his descendants were intimately involved in the development of colonial Pennsylvania and, later, the fledging United States. The Logan family papers, 1700-circa 1850, consist of scattered documents related to the Logan family and their home, Stenton (in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pa.). It includes letters, deeds and estate papers, three cookbooks, and various other documents.
