His son Edward Preston Haines, Jr. (b. 1918) attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University. The Edward P. Haines, Sr. and Edward P. Haines, Jr. papers, 1892-1991, are comprised of papers from both father and son. These materials include photographs and negatives, audio tapes, correspondence, technical drawings, and financial records.
