- The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown is the oldest bank in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1864 as the First National Bank of Newtown, its first president was Kinsey B. Tomlinson (1864-1867). The First National Bank of Newtown records, 1864-1910, largely consist of checks of the First National Bank of Newtown, mostly cancelled checks, sorted by revenue stamp. Also included are advertisements, financial reports, annual reports and ephemera.
