Abstract:

Dr. Robert P. Case, formerly a history professor at Neumann College, and Virginia M. "Ginny" DeNenno, long-time president of the Concord Township Historical Society, worked together on the two-volumes series Prosperity and Progress: Concord Township, Pennsylvania, 1683-1983 (Concordville, Pa. : Concord Township Historical Society). The first volume, authored by Case with assistance from DeNenno, was published in 1983; the second volume, co-authored by the pair, was published in 1997. The Dr. Robert P. Case and Virginia M. DeNenno book production files, circa 1980-1998, include their papers relating to the research, writing, and publication of the series. The bulk of the collection is property research and research notes, including photocopies of deeds, transcripts of wills, and other copies of primary-source documents.
