This collection documents Bernice Gorski’s career as a student at Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing (PGH) in the mid-1930s; her service in the Naval Nurse Corps stationed in the Aleutian Islands during World War II; and her participation in the PGH SON alumni association and Naval Nurse Corps Association.
