- Abstract:
- The Irish writer James Joyce (1882-1941) published only five literary works in his lifetime--Dubliners, Exiles, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, Ulysses, and Finnegan's Wake--but his intellectual and cultural influence has been enormous. The articles and pamphlets here chronicle his presence in academic life, popular media, and the arts during the second half of the 20th century.
