Abstract:

Mallie Mae Morris, born about 1883, married Walter Feather Yost and settled in Norristown, Pennsylvania. They owned the successful Walter Yost Rug and Awning Shop, located on the corner of Dekalb and Airy Streeets in Norristown. The Mallie M. Yost genealogy research files, circa 1920s-1930s consist of notes on individual Yost family members, clippings, correspondence, transcribed deeds and wills, and copies of historic documents.
