- The Noble Improvement Association was established in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in 1906 to "promote the advancement of the economic welfare of the members and residents of Noble, and the general improvement of said place and the properties thereof." The Noble Improvement Association papers, 1963-1989, are comprised of the files of Russell S. Detweiler a Board member. They consist of minutes, correspondence, and financial records.
