- The National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) was founded in 1926 to provide continuing legal education to bankruptcy judges and lawyers, to advise Congress on pending bankruptcy legislation, and to promote greater understanding of existing bankruptcy law. The NCBJ collection, 1926-2023, includes administrative files, meeting materials, publications, and photographs.
