- Lansdale in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania became a boom town during the mid-19th century when a junction of the North Pennsylvania Railroad was established where the center of the town is now located. The Borough of Lansdale was incorporated on August 24, 1872. The Lansdale Historical Society photograph collection, circa 1890-2012, consists of photographs that depict local businesses, landmarks, and events in Lansdale from the turn of the 20th century to the present.
