- Abstract:
- Concord Township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania was incorporated in 1683, and includes the four villages of Concordville, Elam, Markham and Ward. Originally in Chester County, the township became part of Delaware County when Chester County was partitioned in 1789. The Concord Township tax records, 1922-1958, consist primarily of property tax assessment volumes with some school property tax transcripts and other tax-related records. There are also records from nearby municipalities: Bethel Township, Media Borough, Thornbury Township, and Birmingham (Chadds Ford Township).
