Abstract:: The first county federation of the General Federation of Women's Clubs in the country and the largest organization of volunteer women in the country, the Delaware County Federation of Women's Clubs was founded by Mary Barton Luckie in 1912. It was federated in 1915. The Delaware County Federation of Women's Clubs records, 1912-2012 (bulk 1975-2012), consist of administrative and financial records, publications, and various materials relating to events and activities run by the organization as well as materials relating to its history.

Abstract:: The Village Improvement Association (VIA) was founded in 1895 by a group of women in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with the goal of improving and beautifying Central Bucks County. The VIA founded Doylestown Hospital in 1923 and is the only women's club to own and operate a community hospital. As of 2015, the VIA is headquartered at the James-Lorah Memorial Home, has a membership of over 350 women, and continues to undertake projects relating to health, welfare, community improvement, education, and the arts in Bucks County. The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown records, 1895-2014, consist of administrative records, scrapbooks, membership materials, photographs, audiovisual materials, blueprints, newsletters, ephemera, and other materials relating to the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown. Abstract:: The Junior Women's Club of Malvern was organized and federated in 1950. The Club supported various activities in the community including annual fashion shows, dinner dances, and educational programs. There was a gradual dissolution of the Club in 1982, as women's roles changed and time management of their home, work, and community commitments became an issue. The Junior Women's Club of Malvern scrapbooks, 1965-1974, consist of five scrapbooks compiled by the Junior Women's Club of Malvern documenting the Club's activities.

Abstract:: The Monday Afternoon Club of Malvern in Chester County, Pennsylvania was organized in 1909 as a women's club "for the uplift of all its members thereof and the social and civic improvement of the community." The Club hosted a variety of programs, such as readings, men's nights, vocal and instrumental music events, hat design parties, luncheons, dinners, flower shows, trips, and teas from the 1920s to 2000s. The Club continued its commitment to encourage and support the young people of the area and community organizations until 2002, when the Monday Afternoon Club of Malvern was disbanded. The Monday Afternoon Club of Malvern records, 1909-2000s, consist of minutes, scrapbooks, and other materials that document the activities of the Monday Afternoon Club of Malvern.
